                        How to Order


                        1. Contact us to order a sample to check colours and materials. Samples are  charged  at a cost of £2.50 - £3.50 depending upon the price band of the relevant invitation and will include one invitation and one response card. 

                        Samples of other stationery items are available on request and will be charged on a “by  piece” basis.

                        2. If you are looking for something different from the colour scheme shown in the picture, contact us with your own colour scheme so that we can offer you alternatives and we will then set up a custom invoice for you to purchase a sample in your own colour scheme. We reserve the right to make a one-off charge of up to £5.00 in addition to the sample charge in the event that we have to source additional materials to create your design. This will be deducted from 
                        the total cost of any order that you place with us for wedding stationery with that design.

                        3. Contact us with any changes that you would like to make to the sample, with your requirements for wording, printing font, quantity and any additional or matching items that you would like and we can create an invoice for your order.

                        4. 50% of the price of your stationery is payable on ordering. The remainder will be due when you are notified that the stationery is ready for dispatch. Once you pay for your custom order, sit back, relax and pamper yourself for a little 
                        while while we create your glorious custom items.

                        5. We will email you to let you know when your stationery is ready for dispatch, together with an invoice for the balance of the purchase price. We will confirm receipt of payment and the e-mail you to confirm dispatch, together with any tracking number that we have. Then all you have to do is wait for the knock at the door!

                        Please note that all designs are hand-embellished with love. There may be some slight variations between the invites as a result of the fact that every item is hand-embellished, but which reflects the unique nature of individual custom-made items.

                        Price

                        All items are charged on a piece by piece basis using the prices for the relevant stationery price band. Custom items will be charged based on the band to which their cost most closely fits and we will provide you with a cost quotation before creating your custom sample. 
                         
                        We do offer a discount on larger orders, so if you contact us with your requirements, we should be able to give you a more accurate estimate of costs. Shipping costs will also depend on the size of your order.

                        Timescales

                        The time it will take to create your wedding invitations and any other co-ordinating items will depend largely upon the size of the order. An estimated production time is approximately 4-6 weeks from a design having been agreed, but we can work with you to try to meet your own deadlines and requirements.

                        Shipping

                        All items are packaged with care and shipped from Manchester in the United Kingdom. All items shipped (including internationally) will require a signature on delivery.

                        Please allow one week for delivery within the UK, two weeks for delivery within the EU and three weeks for delivery worldwide. If you require a rush order, please contact us and we will try our best to work with you within your own timescales.

                        Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred as well as any customs delays.

                        Refunds and Exchanges

                        No refunds or exchanges will be offered on items due to their personalised nature. Please be sure to double-check final proofs or all wording as any mistakes after printing will be the responsibility of the buyer.
